Most excruciating warranty repair policy and service. I was sold a defective Kubota Tractor which they are unable to fix after many attempts. Tractor now too dangerous to trailer - Graham Tractor and Kubota Corp USA blame the customer for defective products. Don't ever buy from Graham Tractor and Kubota Corp - very worst in my opinion. Absolutely Untrustworthy !!!

Worst experience ever with Graham Tractor and Kubota Corp USA regarding warranty repair. In my opinion incompetant service manager and repair personnel. Supposedly brand new Kubota Tractor over $50,000.00 hydraulic leak from day one, many attempts unsuccessful. Then blame Customer for situation.
