The room was clean and comfortable, there was a nice bench outside on the walkway where you could sit and unwind after a busy day exploring DC and it was good value for money. The staff are all extreamly friendly, and the rooms are kept very nice and clean. Breakfast was nice as well, with a small selection of a variety of breakfast foods. However water took forever to get warm to get showers or washing hands

Enat & Drew were amazingly hospitable and friendly. Roomy, comfy and slept really well. The Breakfast is definitely the Bomb. Had eggs & bacon and the staff was friendly also -- one of the best in DMV
