Pastry chef and owner, Emily De Long creates many of the recipes used in her wedding and specialty cakes after consultations with prospective clients. Some of these awesome flavors include the very popular Lady Godiva Chocolate with Kahlua, and Chocolate-Peanut-Butter-Banana (both rich and decadent, bursting with heavenly chocolate flavor).
