Incompetent! I had a 7am appointment after ordering 2 tires. When I got there they could not find the tires. Ended up getting a higher price tires. I wanted a front end alignment too. After waiting 3 hours I was told I needed a right side tie-rod & they could not do the alignment until it was fixed. I took my car to Colonial Foreign Car Service ( They do all my work ). I was told I did not need a Tie-rod & does not understand why they would tell me this? I ended up going somewhere else to get a front end alignment. They had no problem doing it. After all this I wonder about the tires now.
