My appointment went very smooth. The folks there were very friendly and helpful. The place was really busy. But my car had new tires installed, balanced, and front end aligned within about four hours. I was really pleased with their work and customer service. I highly recommend this Good Year Store.

We had a indicator light that a tire was low. They were polite to us and filled our low tire and checked all of the tires. Great service.

Tire Buyer was easy to purchase online, free quick ship to installer, easy to set up appointment with installer, but 2-1/2 hrs was out of line for a pre-scheduled appt.to take for installing 2 new tires.
