Without getting too specific... this vendor was just completely unwilling to address any of the issues I brought forward. The tires I purchased were defective as confirmed by my dealership and goodyear, and they (gemini) were completely unwilling to honor my warranty which would cost them nothing out of pocket. I was forced to contact customer service to get replacements from a separate vendor...
