I went to this company one time. I noticed three things during my short stay. 1. The price they give you is very expensive than the price you can get from another similar company. And the staffs try to lobby you based on non convincing premises. 2. To keep you under their explolitation, they won't tell you all the defects of your car on the first diagnosis. I've been to this store numerous times and have had no issue. I had an issue that I brought to the store managers attention and he was NOT helpful and was coy at best. His attitude alone ruined it for me, and my vehicles will NOT be serviced by Goodyear if this is what they think is acceptable.
