No towels for Ruby.members.gym is closing..( universal City).no steam bath at other gyms..have been charged Ruby prices without benefits. App doesn't work for checking in.. (me and guy behind me).joining club money is taken immediately.. cancellation Money is taken for another month....etc.etc..probably will get no response to this
You're closing Universal Gym to go to Pat Booker that sucks. Pat Booker has less things there and very crowded. People don't share there. Austin at least was there. People are already joining new or other Gym. You guys should had up kept the place but you let it slide. When asked about the place no one seem to care. Now you're going to lose a lot of people. Pat Booker is to dark to drive there.
Overall I enjoy enjoy my visits to the gym but would like consistency with the availability of amenities such as towel service. Also, the weights are always in disarray as other members don’t rack weights(including gym staff that use the equipment).
Fix items that are broken. I understand you are closing the facility we are paying our membership fees but Gold’s is not providing a service they can be proud of. Things are breaking and because Gold’s are closing they are not fixing anything but we are still responsible for paying our dues Gold’s should be responsible also.
-Need more squat racks -Need a neck exercise machine -Many machines are falling apart especially the pads -Staples exposed behind delaminated pad on shrug machine Unable to use shoulder press rack for extended period of time
