Maria Doherty is the reason I still use Gold's gym. She is knowledgeable , caring, and an excellent instructor .

Golds needs to update their equipment ASAP. The cardio equipment in particular is very outdated. I have access to a free gym at work with far superour equipment. The only reason I continue to go to golds is for GoldsFit

I enjoy Deanne for bodypump. I recently connected with Tammy and Tracy and they're terrific. Motivating. Hard core, in a good way and I'm inspired to tone, tighten and strengthen as a result of their guidance. I recommend Gold's Gym for people of all ages. There is something for everyone.

there are too many classes that require extra payment. why not just offer boot camp classes to everyone. we already pay a gym membership. need more classes at the 7:00 am hour (that you don't have to pay for)
