Gold's Gym offers everyone the chance to enroll in gym classes promising both the benefit of looking good and also to stay healthy. There are over seven hundred fitness centers in the country and the staff and instructors are always ready to help and offer advice. The customers can enroll in any of the classes offered.

Dated equipment. High prices. I tried to down grade my membership from "Family" to "single" due to the fact that my son hates their child care but was not allowed.
