I joined the gym with my son this summer and got a personal trainer Debbie. She is awesome and really has motivated me to finally get into shape! It's a little crazy between 5 & 6 pm but there are so many machines and stations to choose from, you can always use something. Everyone is super nice and there are so many classes and options for working out that I would recommend this gym for anyone!!

Convenience is all it's good for.
Equipment is old and you don't even have a choice of changing tv stations, which always on CNN, ESPN or channel 12. So many tvs but all are on the same 3-4 channels.
Most of the time the hook up to listen to the tv doesn't work on equipment anyway.
I'll be going back to Eclipse after my year if the don't update, for sure

This gym is absolutely awful. My friend is Moving away from this gym to the point where it would take about an hour 1/2 to commute and they would not let my friend cancel her membership because her new apartment isn't exactly 25 miles away. Driving that far to a different town that you don't work in or live in during rush hour for a crappy work out is so not worth it. Poorly managed I cannot...

My husband and I just joined a month ago. We have been to many gyms and this gym is by far the best we have experienced. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional,friendly and customer focused. Mindy signed us up for a week free and then followed up us and we joined.
They have awesome yoga classes and the machines are the latest and greatest. Mary, the owner, was so nice and worked with...

Coming here for 15 years when it was originally a Powerhouse Gym. When the new owners came in and it became Golds they upgraded everything from locker rooms, showers, equipment, and decor. Great transformation and excellent free weights and machines.

Powerhouse Gym offers weight machines, tread mills, stair master, free weights, elliptical machines and more in their intensely motivating atmosphere.
