More late afternoon and weekend classes! I work until 6, and by the time im home, I just can't make the 6:30 classes. I also work Saturday mornings, so I can't make any of the Saturday classes currently being offered at the Rosslyn gym. I know most people have Saturdays off, so it might not be worth it there, but I do think lots of people could benefit from more later weekday ones.

Great equipment here. The leg equipment includes seated leg curl, leg extension and calf raise. these machines are pin loaded, fit a six footer well and allow for excellent resistance. They also have several squat racks. A wide range of upper body equipment which includes pin loaded, universal stations and a variety of benches. Never very crowded and parking is free (validated) early morning...

I dislike the new pricing and the Bootcamp being extra. Lisa’s class before the change in format was much better and did not cost extra. I will not pay extra for the Bootcamp classes, which are not nearly as well conceived as the free classes. Please put the Wednesday noon class back on as a free style HIIT class.
