They don't let you use their tools for repairs. My handlebars are loose and when I went in to inquire, they turned me down saying I have to buy what I use. I'm out here for work and all my tools...

The staff was fantastic. The shop is a bit of a mess but don't let that scare you, these guys knowledgable and pleasant. No bike shop attitude just down to earth and helpful.
