This is particularly the case in the evenings when supervision is down and they want to sit around and talk without being disturbed.
Security is lax. Individuals walked in and out of the facility without signing in.
Facility is run down and needs renovation. The staff will do bare minimum to make your loved one comfortable. It is obvious that many of the staff do not get along and are unhappy with...
