Horrible! Rude. Disrespectful. I've been coming here for about 3 years now and always received pretty decent customer service. Well, I just walked out and I'm so disgusted with the rude service...

They lost my mothers engagement ring and took no responsibility for it. Said that I was never in the store and refused to play back the video of the day I dropped it off. Said it was going too many days back...really? Don't trust these people with any jewelry.
