I have spent a rather significant portion of my adult life working in restaurants, so I fully understand the need to do side work and cleaning. However, if I pay full price for a dinner buffet, I feel that I should receive a full buffet. I realize I arrived late in the evening (the website states a closing time of 9:30 and the sign on the door states 9:00) and it's not uncommon to begin running...

Customer service in the front was TERRIBLE for a Thursday afternoon. Only one girl and while multiple employees,including the manager were just strolling by, this girl had a line of ppl in front of her and still had to stop to answer phone calls, making the line wait that much more.
