When reserving my U-Haul online, I selected a location that is close to where I needed to pick up furniture. However, when I received my reservation confirmation, U-Haul had switched the pick-up location to one 20 miles away. This long distance was very inconvenient, and it added mileage to my trip, which caused me to go over the mileage, resulting in an extra charge for me.
