First they deleted my music in the transfer from my old phone, then they sold me their insurance provider without telling me. When I lost my phone and went to claim the incident verizon said I did not have insurance. When I went to the store upset the manager was rude and took no responsibility for the lack of communication then said I had to file through their insurance that required notary signatures, deducibles, now a 4 day wait and 4 stops by the store to get my phone. Hoops I would not have had to jump through with verizon's insurance. Because it was after the first 30 days of contract...

Just a quick blurb about these guys. Bought a phone at their store, next day Verizon had it free online. Called the store, they had me come in, and arranged to essentially refund my money! (prepaid debit card, guess that's how its done anymore)

Both my initial and return visit was very pleasant, and I feel it's my duty to recognize great service and stores when I find them. Go wireless Puyallup certainly rates.

Just wish they were easier to find online, as this store doesn't come up on yellowpages website, you have to google ""go wireless puyallup"" to find them.
