The dentist was great. He was kind, upbeat, and personable. However, the support staff were very rude. They did not explain charges for an x-ray that would not be covered by insurance prior to taking the x-ray. They also did not communicate that a dental cleaning was not included in a visit, which is typically standard of care.
It was fine. Usually I give all 5 and write something nice because my experience is great; however when I sat down yesterday the person said “do you want the new light that helps detect cancer for $25...”. I felt like she was punching a sale. Maybe I was wrong
wasting of money and time.
