About 13 yrs back I was in there getting some supplies, a lady came in and asked about a screen . Her question was legitimate and well thought ou and she did not seem to deserve what happend next.
After a series of accusations and pointless conversation that had no bearing on the origional querry , Mr Cook insulted her intelligence and she left. Once this lady was gone , thinking the store was empty of customers ,Mr Cook proceded to call her every nasty name in the book...
My husband and I have used this hardware store for several years. It's a nice, local business that is closer to our home than running to Lowe's or Wal-Mart. We have always been happy with the customer service here and the prices aren't bad…
