I would definitely use them again. After servicing my heating unit, Randy went around and checked several heating vents in my house with a CO2 meter, to be sure no carbon dioxide was being emitted into the house. That was a first for me!

I woke up Saturday morning with no heat (January). I called Service Magic who texted 3 professionals. Glenn was the first who called me. He came to my house, diagnosed the problem, went to get the necessary part, and performed the required fix. I was warm again before I knew it.
