I had my windshield replaced at this business at 3325 W Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA. I recieved a call that the work was complete and my vehicle was ready for pickup. After paying and getting my keys, I walked out to the vehicle and realized that the plastic molding at the bottom of the windshield was propped up and the center push screw that secures it was sitting on top of it. I would recommend if you go to auto glass now nit to get the guy that is old and wears shorts he doesn't know how to clean up after his self after putting the glass in your vehicle. Pkys he is slow as hell. The other guys did three to my one car.

My name is Caroline Gross and I brought my 2005 Toyota Corrola into this shop to get my windshield repaired, and I must say the customer service is excellent. I wasn't their 20 minutes before they were done. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Auto Glass Now in Hampton Va.
