I had a great experience at Gilbert Eyecare. I would surely recommend it to anyone. All the staff members were very cooperative and helpful. Overall good facilities were provided. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. (Edited May 12, 2017)

At first we were turned off by the the outdated and run down appearance of the building, but after touring the facility we felt the warmth and love of the staff. The tour was very welcoming.
