I had great success with this company. My mother lived in Sandwich and I wish I did too. She was 97 years old and could only put her trash outside her door. The drivers had no problem coming to the door and getting the rubbish. Their service and price was great. All the extra times they came out when we forgot to put the trash out was unreal. No other company did that for us before. Much easier...

Woman who owns company is very careless with billing

I had a bad experience with the owner of the company, Tammy Gibbs. She sent my first bill, which I paid. She had my name and mailing address on the bill misspelled. I called her and asked her to correct it.

About two months later, she sent me a bill for over $200 and said my account was pasr due. This bill still had my name misspelled and the wrong mailing address. I called and asked her again to correct the spelling of my last name and address.

I checked my bank account, and I found a check that had been cashed by the owner for the exact same amount that she clained my account was...
