Worst service department ever. Salesman just push high priced items, don't tell you the truth about what it will take for service. Then send you out the door and when the item breaks down 1 month...

I don't know where to start, this place has so much nice things to say about this store. Their salespeople are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only were they very willing to help me out, they even offered me a rebate and told me step by step how to fill it out and even highlighted the important because rebates tend to confuse the heck out of me. In the early 1940's, while working for the Philco Corporation, Charles Gerhard developed and patented the ice cube tray. His passion for appliances grew, and in July of 1945, he started his own company in Glenside, Pa, now known as Gerhard's Appliance. As Gerhard's graciously moves into their 75th year of business, they continue to have eyes on the future and hearts firmly rooted in the core values of the previous generations.
