Based on my own experience and comments on other places, this must be the best building in Silver Spring. Rent is very low for what you get, beautiful, clean apartmetns, NO ROACHES OR MICE EVER, and cheap parking ($50). Management is wonderful. Two bedrooms are the best deal at a meager $1500. Apartments are large and exceptionally well maintained. Mary Jo and Mr. Inoa tend to maintenance issues on the same day and Maria keeps all the common facilities exceptionally clean. Moving out after a year for job reasons. This is the best place I've ever lived. Pro: close to metro, close to downtown Silver Spring, great western view.
