I'd give this company no stars if I could. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Don't let their eagerness to help you sign the lease fool you. That is the extent of their customer service. Genesis Properties employs the most unprofessional, incompetent, and all around lazy people I have ever met. Their apartments are hardly worth the money they're leased for, and when you add the...
