Since advertising on the radio Dr Mercado is too busy to help her patients-money and number of patients is more important to her than the quality of her care for patients. Expect 3 days for a call back, expect to be pawned off to other doctors because she is too busy, one thing I didn't expect is to be lied to by her and she did a procedure on me that I didn't expect and I'm sure people heard...

I've been seeing get for over 15 years. She is the best doctor I have ever had. I've been through a miscarriage, 3 births, and ablation with her. She's always been kind, compassionate, and the most knowable doctor in the practice.

In the first few months of receiving prenatal care I was a bit disappointed with wait times and how long it took for them to call back about test results.
