One of their delivery drivers was not paying attention to a red traffic light he was driving very fast and plowed into the back of my car. He was going so fast he pushed my car into the middle of the intersection. Even though their Ins. paid for my injury's he never came over to help me or my 7 year old daughter before the emergency people came. My car was totaled so I was out a car. I had to buy another car which came with payments. If I wanted a new car I would have bought one before the accident, which means I did not want a new car. I liked my car I had. There was nothing wrong with it, but because of his poor driving I had to put out more money. People just don't care any more. I think this company should have fired him and they need to be more selective on who they hire. (Edited February 09, 2015)
Its a shame the previous reviewer didn't have a good experience. I've been renting from them for 7 years and Charlie has always been extremely friendly. Their prices are fair and in line with other close by rental places (HD, UR, etc..). The guys in the back of the shop have always been extremely helpful loading equipment and offering invaluable advice on my projects.
Horrible customer service way overpriced and flat out rude people! Charlie is an a@!%!*e! Dont support businesses that dont care to give customer support!
