Had a leaking pipe under the sink over the weekend (ugh! right?) No p[problem, called in the morning while having my coffee and the technician called back in minutes. He gave me a ETA and promised to call when on his way so I wouldn't be tied down to my house waiting. He called and arrived and fixed the problem fast. Thank you Aren, you did a great job.

I had a leak in my bathroom this evening--a Friday night. I called the contractor who built my house and he recommended General Plumbing. Aren McWatters, the serviceman, came quickly and in well under an hour. He was knowledgeable, worked clean, is smart and very professional. He also answered all of my questions about the nature of the problem and what the solution would be. I was reassured....
