Worst hair cut of my life

I asked her not to cut my bangs.. she did..but only 2 cuts so bangs are totally uneven and thinned to where they hang in clumps. I asked for about 1 1/2 inch trim. in loose layers as it was already. I was sent home with wet hair to "let my curls dry naturally". What I discovered was that instead of layering she left the front locks of hair longest then right behind that was a lock about 2...

Gemini hair salon on Rosemont in Frederick gave me the worst haircut of my life by Liz. Refused to refund my money. The owner smirked at me as she said "We don't give refunds" Then accused me of chopping my own hair to get my money back. Unprofessional and broke health regulations.
