something is not right

Something is not right? Your location stipulates NC - NC has a minn payout for property damage before any accident will affect your rate? Yes I know it occurred in VA, but you go based on state laws of the policy where the vehicle is primarily.which is about 1800? if you are being truthful something else is missing? A ticket or something has been aquired within the last 3 years?
