My husband and I were rear ended almost a year ago. Geico contacted us to settle our claim. We explained that we did not want monetary compensation, only our medical bills paid. We were told that we would be ""taken care of."" I sent them our medical bills in December and contacted Geico at least 15 times. I left message after message and was not called back. When I was able to talk to a live person, I spoke to the same Geico rep. and she repeatedly assured me that she would call me back the next day with an adjustment. She reapeatedly did not call me back. I called again Monday and she...
