If I could give them a "negative star" I would! Their sign says "retail sales" so I took a jacket there. I wanted a word added onto an already embroidered jacket but the owner acted like she could care less for my business. She painted a picture of gloom and doom stating that the jacket could be ruined, etc. (Don't they have confidence in their work?), despite the fact I told her I knew other...
