I am not aware of any situation where work was performed that was not authorized, or anything that took an abnormal length of time to repair. The staff at Gateway have always been extremely polite and have performed high quality service. They also reach out into the community and help out those who sometimes don't even realize they need help. Highly recommend these guys!!!

These guys charged me for parts and labor I never authorized. It also took them all summer to fix the mower. Never going there again.

These guys have always met me with a smile and do excellent work. They went out of their way to make sure my item was clean and running like new when I received it back. I almost did not recognize it.
