I am originally from Graham and have stayed at Gateway several times visiting relatives. I have been pleased UNTIL a couple of weeks ago...I wanted to call or write the manager, but obviously it wouldn't have done any good....we had very little coffee, no cream or sugar...the sheets were wrinkled and the mattress cover had some unknown substance on it....

painters were in my room while I was at work with no prior notice and moved my personal belongings ,and the windows do not open.So it stunk like paint . I complained to the desk clerk and was told I could contact the manager in the morning ,so I did and when I got off work that same day the...

I have a crew working in GRAHAM. For 10 weeks we stayed in the Gateway Inn because everything else was booked. We paid 282.50 per week for a small kitchenette with three beds. Room service was terrible! When we had the audacity to request that we have towels in the room by 3:00 PM, we got all kinds of hell...

Dont stay in this motel .it is bad . the staff is rude. the rooms are dairt. too much naise.
Yesterday aslept there during the day because i work at night. they wanred to call police on me becasue I complined that the maintainance woman banged nthe door and work me up. I work a twelve hr. swift I went...
