unnecessary repairs; poor service

Did not call me as requested before repairs were made. Then "fixed" things that weren't broken and charged almost $100 on a $50 piece of equipment. When I complained without using profanity or raising my voice, Gary did not try to justify the charges. His first response was to tell me that he had friends in the police dept and they would put me in jail if he called them. Sound unbelievable? It...
