Help us make it rightVery unprofessional. They were very slow to arrive I had to call 4 times. The technician showed up and talked to my home warranty company and after they talked he left. The owner called me and said they could get replacement parts for a GE GTUP270EMWW washer dryer combo. I googled it and found parts for this unit. I'm going back to set up an appointment with a real repair service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This guy does not even deserve a one star rating. He has no customer service skills and deals with below subpar property managers. He is not the least bit concerned about customer satisfaction because his appliances are priced more affordable than most. Be prepared to have all the cleaning products you'll need to de-grease and sanitize them because most of the appliances look like they come from squalor. No apologies will be made and you'll be told to just deal with it while the money is already in his hand.
