I lived here 2 years:
The good: Responsive maintenance staff. Current property manager good ( this one was new when I moved out, but the 2 before her were terrible). Fitness center is small but equipment is good, solid wi-if, good A/C in the gym.
If you are a dog owner (I am not) then this building is for you.
Rarely had to turn on the heat in the winter. Apartment seemed to stay pretty warm....

We lived here almost three years and loved it. The management that is there right now is great - friendly, responsive, problem-solvers. The building is quiet, clean, and in a great location to neighborhood food and shopping and to the Clarendon metro stop. Highly recommend!
