I went to Alan Ramm. He was great and knowledgable. Diagnosed me and explained exactly what it was. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because it's extremely annoying the way their appts are set up. By being very busy with work and life, staying by my phone to get a call back everytime I call there with a question or to make an appt is not my cup of tea. If that system was fixed,...

Not only most knowledgeable physician but is the most caring compassionate physician I have ever met.Never hurries wsith his patients but always gets them in with hardly any wait time. Leaves no stone unturned and makes referrals when necessary with hesitation. Truly the best family physician in Asheville .
