With the arrival of Pam, the manager, this place has gone down hill fast. We now see graffiti on the buildings, large amount of outside lights don't work and have not for some time. Refuses to spend money cleaning apartments for move ins or repairing broken items. Willing to charge you through the nose when you vacate for cleaning as she expects it cleaner than when you moved in. So if you...

This is a pretty good apartment overall. There are a lot of big trees and 3 nice sized swimming pools. There are also various tenant events the office plans throughout the year. The maintenance is not always the quickest and they usually do the quick fix instead of actually fixing the problem permanently. Also the pet rent is a bit ridiculous, especially since they don't clean up the grounds...

I have lived in these apartments for a year and a half and management is is poor outside of my hallway there is lint from the dryer that has not been cleaned since I have been here my AC unit went out and it took 3 weeks to fix and I was not compensated for it property manager Pam is very rude I would not recommend these apartments
