Highest recommendation in all aspects of service. We showed up at the workshop unannounced because of a miscommunication but Jay still took the time to educate us on the basics (slate versus soapstone) despite the fact that he was very busy. We decided on soapstone and revisited the workshop to make choices. He also helped coordinate choices of sinks for kitchen and two baths for our renovation...
