This one is as much on people as it is the store.. it looked like a twister came through. Literally clothes all over the floor. I feel bad for the employees who will eventually clean this mess.

This Gap is in the outlets near the National Harbor and it's great. It's large, the staff are friendly and you can get quality clothes for a discounted price. If you go on a weekend, expect crowds.

A pretty nice GAP store: Given the number of shoppers ravishing the racks and piles of clothes, I'm impressed that the staff were able to keep things fairly orderly. The store is of a respectable size and accommodates a reasonable clothing selection. There were plenty of staff on hand (I'm sure due to the Holiday shopping frenzy) and people were able to zip through the checkout line.
