Every time we shop at GM in Sby, we wait in line for at least 10 minutes. There is only one cashier at all times- it could be a Saturday or a Monday at 2pm.
And this is not a one time experience. We have given many many second chances, at least 3 years shopping here. Not once has it been a quick, pleasant experience. So so frustrating. We are an outdoors family of 6 and we now will be shopping...

The customer service in this store is AWFUL. At the gun counter all we got was attitude and excuses. Nothing but snappy, short answers and poor assistance.
