Went to GM tday and was very underwhelmed by the poor service. There were 40 or more customers at checkout and only 2 registers open. It took me about 30 minutes to checkout. No one in management in site. I was also disappointed in the sales. I won't be goingoing back anytime soon.

#wostcustomerserviceever been waiting 30 minutes to pick up a rifle that was speed to be done yesterday but no one called. Called to check this morning, was told it was ready but apperently it wasn't.

I don't know whats wrong with the employees here but I suggest everyone go to the Sportsmans ware house over near Hershberger Rd in Roanoke or if you are in Lynchburg go to Pros choice Sporting goods. This Gander Mountain place. Just wow. I was addressed as if I was a little kid and told that if I didn't like prices that I could ‘ Have a nice little walk outside’! In a very condescending tone....

I was ignored when I walked in here. employee walked right by me even when they heard me say Excuse me. I was looking for a pair of good hiking / hunting boots. Never coming back here ever again.
