Had a bluetooth kit and a xm radio kit installed by them. Come to find out that the xm kit was put in wrong because it stayed loading since they put it in and the bluetooth kit does not get controlled by my steering wheel controls like it should. Besides that the antenna for the satellite is dropping down by my driver side window now. Bad install and poor customer service from the installers
