The staff is mostly very friendly, especially the front desk staff. There's even a gal in the office with a super sweet Ursula tattoo from the Little Mermaid. Nice big, clean office. Don't expect to be seen on time though. We almost always have wait AT LEAST 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment …
