An absolutely horrible experience! They were hired to take a group of military members and families to NYC, (leave at midnight; arrive in NYC at 9 am, back on the bus at 9 pm). They arrived 45 minutes late, and then the bus basically broke down as soon as we got off base. It was if it was a set-up, instead of allowing us to just not get on the bus they waited till we were off base to take us...
