Horrible company! Tow truck arrived over 2 hours after estimated time! Driver informed me that he hadn't even been dispatched until 15 minutes prior to arriving. I was told by the owner on 3 occasions prior to truck arriving, that a driver was en route and under 15 minutes away when the driver wasn't even dispatched. My car would'nt start so I called this company, after many others, for a tow. They had the lowest price so I told them where from and where to. They said they would be to me in about 30 mintues and a truck showed up in less then 15!! The guy driving was very good with my car and he was very, very nice. I dont know what happened with the last customer but the driver J towed me like 35 miles and he was very plesant to me.. I had another one of their employees towed me and he was very nice too. The first time I was towed into their repair shop and it's been a while and I have not had one problem out of it yet. I would recommend this shop to anyone. when the driver J arrived on the scean he was extremly nasty to me. As a customer I found it very unprofessial in area of work. I feel as if some action should be taken by his employer.
