Fursts business model has, since 1865, been to treat their customers as friends and neighbors. I have experianced this at first hand.
I just happened to meet the owner of the business on the MARC and when he told me his line of work I told him about a picture I needed framed but because of a disability, I was having a problem getting that accomplished.
Good Samaritan to the rescue, he took care of my needs and delivered a product that more than met my highest expectation.
